Roast plums with brie

Makes 1 cup

Gorgeous, seasonal, organic stone fruit makes the perfect accompaniment to your festive cheeseboard.


6 plums – seeded and halved

3 sprigs thyme

1 tbsp honey

Sea salt flakes

1 tsp olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C degrees
  2. Place the plums cut side down on a baking tray
  3. Drizzle the honey and olive oil, and sprinkle the thyme and salt over the plums
  4. Roast for about 10-15 minutes. Watch them – they go from not cooked to burnt very quickly, due to the honey

Serve as part of a cheeseboard, or with a lovely brie, with some seed crackers.
