Makes 6 lamb chops
6 Lamb chops
1 x clove garlic – thinly sliced
2 sprigs rosemary
3 springs of thyme
½ tsp coriander seeds – slightly crushed
Sea salt flakes and black pepper
1 tbsp honey (more to drizzle after if desired)
Fresh coriander to garnish
- Rub the chops with the garlic, chopped herbs, coriander seeds and salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the honey over.
- Grill/braai to your liking.
- Before serving sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander and drizzle honey over the chops.
