Coriander and honey lamb chops

Makes 6 lamb chops


6 Lamb chops

1 x clove garlic – thinly sliced

2 sprigs rosemary

3 springs of thyme

½ tsp coriander seeds – slightly crushed

Sea salt flakes and black pepper

1 tbsp honey (more to drizzle after if desired)

Fresh coriander to garnish


  1. Rub the chops with the garlic, chopped herbs, coriander seeds and salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle the honey over.
  3. Grill/braai to your liking.
  4. Before serving sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander and drizzle honey over the chops.
